Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Sponsorship Level $1,000.00: This level will give you two full page ads – 6 ½” w x 9” h. One ad will be before one of the session notes or a spot inside the front or back cover and the other ad will be in the ad section. You will have your company name listed in the proceeding book under your level of sponsorship. You will be able to participate in the door prize giveaway. You will receive a prime 8’ display table location at the conference, a list of registered attendees, up to 4 free lunches for those working your table at the conference, your logo listed on the website for one full year and have your company name promoted before each seminar up on the screen.

Gold Sponsorship Level $650.00: This level will give you one full page ad – 6 ½” w x 9” h. in the ad section. You will have your company name listed in the proceeding book under your level of sponsorship. You will be able to participate in the door prize giveaway. You will receive an 8’ display table at the conference, a list of registered attendees, up to 3 free lunches for those working your table at the conference, your logo listed on the website for one full year and have your company name promoted before each seminar up on the screen.

Silver Sponsorship Level $350.00: This level will give you one half page ad – 6 ½” w x 4 1/2” h. in the ad section. You will have your company name listed in the proceeding book under your level of sponsorship. You will be able to participate in the door prize giveaway. You will receive an 8’ display table at the conference, a list of registered attendees, up to 2 free lunches for those working your table at the conference and your logo listed on the website for one full year.

Bronze Sponsorship Level $100.00: This level will give you a 1/5-page ad - 6 1/2” w x 1 3/4” h in the ad section. You will have your company name listed in the proceeding book under your level of sponsorship. You will receive one lunch ticket.
